Strategies for Increasing Community Participation in Education Implementation in Madrasah Aliyah

The purpose of this study was to obtain strategies increase community participation in the implementation education Madrasah Aliyah. This research used a descriptive qualitative method. nature researcher-respondent relationship revealed by using conducted at Aliyah Negeri 1 Mataram. participants included school principals (N=1) and teachers (20). Data were collected through observation, documentation, interviews. data analysis Miles Huberman model, namely reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing, triangulation. results concluded that Mataram provided five process, namely; counselling clinic, academic non-academic program, building national-minded character, new student admission, giving equal responsibility for development process. Each strategy involves different community. These designed achieve educational goals. have implications an in-depth understanding principal as top leader enable everyone participate actively.
